LIBEL ACTION.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, February 14. Papers have been filed in the Supreme Court for a libel cose, which will raise the point of whether a newspaper has the right to publish continuously a record of disqualifications imposed on individuals by racing clubs.
