A BEPBESENTATIVE FBOM FRANCE TO STUDY THEM.
(PER PRK3S ASSOCIATION). Wellington, February 13. M. Edouard Glasser arrived from Sydney to-day, to study, on behalf of the French Government, the application of our labor laws in regard to the mining industry. He will visit all the principal mining centres of the colony, and then make a similar tour of observation in Australia.
