SUPREME COURT.
« (PER tRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, February 6. At the criminal sittings of the Supreme Court, John O'Grady, charged with indecent assault at Awahuri, was found guilty, and the jury added a strong recommendation to mercy on account of his youth and previous good character. The prisoner was remanded for the report of the Probation Officer.
