FIRE AT MEW PLYMOUTH.

New Plymouth, February 5. A fire broke out in the top storey of tbe Egmont brewery, owned by Mr Jas. Paul, at 3 o'clock this morning. It was suppressed before it got a good hold. It is supposed the frame of the malt hopper got ignited from an adjacent boiler. Tbe damage is estimated at about £100. Insured in tbe South British.
