MONO-RAILWAY.
Plans of a mono-railway between Edinburgh and Glasgow, with a speed of ono hundred and seventeen miles per hour, have been submitted to the Board of Trade.
TURKEY, FRANCE, AND ITALY.
Turkey is seeking clearer assurances from France and Italy regarding Tripoli.
