Secretary. 11 We do not think we need say with what sincerity we appreciate the very practical sympathy of your countrymen, and we beg to convey our gratitude to all who have helped, by kindness and gifts to the crew, to alleviate the suffering necessarily caused by such a disaster as the wreck of the Lizzie Bell."
