THE KAISER'S BROTHER.
President Roosevelt's appointment of Admiral Evans instead of Admiral Dewey to receive Prince Henry of Prussia in connection with the launch of the Kaiser's yacht i 8 considered significant, Admiral Dewey being known to regard the Kaiser's naval policy with grave suspicion. Strong exertions are being made at Washington to prevent Prince Henry talking politics with Mr Roosevelt and members of the Cabinet.
