FEDERAL COMMANDANT.
Perth, January 24. Major-General Hutton, Federal Commandant, has arrived. He reviewed the troops, and afterwards eulogised the service rendered by the colonial in South Africa, who were much competed for by commanders. He trusted the fresh troops would emulate the deeds of their predecessors.
