London, January 23. John Kensit, a well-known antiRitualist, and others created a tumultuous scene at Westminster Convoca. tion in connection with Dr Goe's confirmation as Bishop of Worcester. The objections of the Church Association were overruled, and the ceremony completed amidst shouts of " Faroe " and 41 All Ließ."
