MAGISTRATE' 3 COURT. Thursday, January 24. (from our own correspondent.) In the S.M. Court, about a dozen cases came on, the Truant Inspector being the prosecutor. In moat oases fines were, inflicted. An old age pension was granted to an old lady. A person against whom a prohibition order was granted was fined £1 for being on licensed premises within a few minutes after the order was made.
