The strike of the lightermen is disarranging the Thames shipping. Thirty of the Royal Wilts Yeomanry will join the Duke aud Duchess of York's guard on the Australasian tour. Madrid, Ootober 28. General Azcaarga has formed a new Cabinet. He succeeded General Campos as Minister for Foroign Affairs and General for War. Constantinoplb, October 28. The Porte denies that Germany has leased Aroan, in the Bed Sea, but admits the Germans are using Faasan Island, near Massowah, as a coaling depot.
