FIRE IN AUCKLAND.

Adoklan*. October 24. Four wooden shops, in Karangahapa road, and the contents, were totally destroyed by fire early this morning. The shops were insured ia the South British for £400 and £800; Miss Pearson's millinery stook, £160 in tho South British; Mrs Oolnett's restaurant stock for i-100 in the Now Zealand 1 , and Bradley's confectionery stook for £50 in the same office.
