A number of Anarchists were arrested for plotting against Prince Albert of Belgium, who brought his newlywedded wife, the Duchess Elizabeth of Bavaria, to Brussels yesterday. The affair caused a great sensation. The men include one of Sipido's acquitted accomplices. Received October 8, 10 a.m. Brussels, October 7. For days the Socialists of Belgium have displayed a feeling of restlessness, and have threatened to make a demonstration against the numerous religious, military, and official celebrations on "Wednesday next in honour of the homecoming of Prince Albert and his bride.
