FREEZING CHARGES ON BUTTER,

A circular has been issued by the Department of Agriculture notifying shippers of butter that they are required to pay QA-cl per 5611>&- to-vvturcls foroezingp charges, the whole of which were hitherto borno by tho Department. The charges will be collected by the freezing companies from the shippers.
