Persons nominating for cycling events must forward usual particulars regarding machines. Nominations for the handicap events, together with all performances for the previous two years, will olobo with the secretary on Wednesday, December 23. No nomination, will be received after this date under any' pretence whatever. Handicaps will be published on or about Monday, 28th December. .
