Intercolonial Reciprocity.
' (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, December 15. Mr Seddon has communicated with the Premiers of the different Australian colonies, suggesting that a conference of Australasian Premiers should be held in New Zealand to discuss the question of intercolonial reciprocity, and also the restriction of Australasian imports to English manufacturers as proposed in the despatch received this year from Mr Chamberlain.
