British Judicial Changes.

LONDON, June 14. It is believed that Lord Chas Eossell will succeed Lord Coleridge as Lord Ohief Justice, and Sir J. Eigby, AttorneyGeneral, will become a Lord of Appeal. Mr Eeid will take tbe Attorney-General-ship, and Mr Haldane will follow him as Solicitor-General.
