(PEK PRESS ASSOCIATION.) CALCUTTA, November 18. The Ameer of Afghanistan has agreed tbat Central Lajonwat and the adjacent States — Indus, Eohistao, and Wazristan —shall come under British influence. The Ameer withdraws his charges, and receivps an additional bix lakhs of rupees annually.
