THE BREAK-UP OF A BOGUS COMPANY.

LONDON. November 17.
The indictment against C. B. Harness, president of tbe Medical Battery Com* pany, alleges that the accused was unskilled in tbe use of electricity, and tbat tba electrio belts sold by the company were useless. McCally, tbe assistant, who is also under arrest for fraud, bad been previously disrolled.
Harness and McCully quarrelled in the prisoner's dock, the latter calling tbe ormer an unprincipled scoundrel.
Another employee ot the company bas been arrested. He pretended to be a specialist for the cure ol fictitious spinal diseases.
