MR COWERN AT NORMANBY Mr Cowern addressed tbe electors at Normanby on Saturday evening. There was a fair attendance. Mr Sisley occupied the chair. Tbe speaker was well received, and frequently applauded ; aod at the conclusion of his speech several questions were asked and answered.
