(PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, September 26. The Crown Lands Board to-day re* considered tbe oases of alleged dummyism in Awakino district in connection with Crown leasehold. At the previous meeting, the perpetnal lease sections of Mrs A. Bluck and B. Bluck were forfeited for oon-reu* dence and noncompliance with regulations; * also the grazing runs of Tiios. Bayly, jun., containing 1190 acres, and J. McNeioe, 864 acres for non residenoe and failure to improve leases. These eases were re-opened by tbe board, and considered at length, evidence of several of (he parties being beard. After bearing tbe evidence, the previous resolution forfeiting Mrs Block's section was ret soinded. Mr Black's sections remained forfeited according to terms of tbe Act, tbongb the board agreed there was oo intention at dummyism in Mr Bluck'i case. Tbos.
