(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.' LONDON, September 27.
Mr Gladstone addressed a meeting of a thousand people at Edinburgh, and was received with enthusiasm. He said that to dissolve Parliament at the instance of the House of Lords would be a monstrous innovation. The Home Rule Bill would reappear again next session, when the Government would find means to ensure its reaching its goal.
