FOUNDERING OF H.M.S. VICTORIA. LOSS OF 400 LIVES. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, June 23. News has just been received here of a fearful calamity in the Mediterranean. H.M.S. Victoria, 10,470 tons, 15 guns, tbp flagship of the Mediterranean Squadron, foundered with tbe loss of 400 lives. Among those drowned is Admiral Sir Geo. Tryon, formerly on the Australian station. No further particulars are available. Later. The captain, tbe Hon. Maurice A. Bourke, and Commander Charles Lotley were saved, Admiral Tryon refused to leave his ship, and went down with her,
