LONDON, June 17.
In tbe House of Commons, Mr Clanoy, M.P. for Dublin North, was emphatic in his protest against Mr Gladstone's aotion in accepting tbe Unionists' amendments to the Home Rule Bill, and suggested thai a revolt among the Irish members of tbe House of Commons would be attributable to dissatisfaction ac tbe new proposals of the Government.
