(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) BERLIN, June 16. At the eleotions to-day Herr Liebkneoht the well-known Socialist leader, was elected for Berlin by an immense majority. A second ballot, however,is necessary in the other four distriots. Though the Socialists polled 20,000 in Berlin and 90,000 in three other electorates, not ten per cent of the votes were reoorded for supporters of the Army Bill. Three Socialists were elected for Hamburg. The party has also secured five seats in the provinces, and has best prospoots in many other electorates. In a large number of instances second ballots will have to bo taken. There was no disorder during the day. BERLIN, June 17. The salient features of tbe German election have been the success of the Socialists and anti-Semites and tbe complete collapse of Radicals and supporters of Herr Richter (who is one of the foremost opponents of the Army Bill). The aggregate poll of the Socialist candidates exceeds two millions. BERLIN, May 19. Up to the present, 50 Conservatives, 81 of the Centre Party, and 24 Socialists are e'ected. Herbert Bismarck and Herr Bebel are among those elected, but Hefr Lune, author of the modified Army Bill, is defeated. LONDON, June 19. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily News, writing with regard to the German elections, declares it is ijow impossible that the opponents to tbe Army Bill can obtain a majority.
