MELBOURNE, May 24.-
Mr Isaacs, the Bolicitor-General, has decided to file a presentment against Sir Matthew Davies and Mr I^illedge, but Sir. Bryan O'Loghlen, the Attorney-General, has instructed tha Crown law officers to ignore Mr ißMcs in the matter. The latter replies to this action by throwing
th& responsibility on the Govern* ment of deciding which Minister it will support.
