THE MILITARY TOURNAMENT.
The Hawera Mounted Eiflas Tournament, to be held on the racecourse to-morrow, promises, weather permitting, to be a great sncceso. The events are numerous, and include some amusing items, as well as others requiring akill. The Hurdle and Plat Eaces should be worth seeing, some of the entrants having a high local repute. A special train will leave for the course at 12.30, and will returc at 4 30, thus giving people ample time- ta^s** the ExfaibHion^proaaasiQn.
