A meetiDg of tbe Hospital and Charitable Aid Board was held on Monday, wben ordinary routine business wbb transacted. An opinion from Mr Govett was read, showing that under tbe present law the proposed new hospital at Hawera would have to be managed by the New Plymouth Board.
