A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race, or is nominated for any race at time of start, or for six months ' previous thereto (Hack and Hunter *aces < excepted). < 3. No nomination will be received unless j acconjpaniel by the necessary amount in cash. , 4. In all nominations description, age, pediirree, &c, must be given. { 6.
