Handicaps will be declared on Wednesday, February 22nd. Acceptances to be paid not later than 11 a.m. on the day of the Sports. Piotests must be in writing, and lodged in the hands of the Secretary within 10 minutes of the declaration of the Judges' y decision. Each protest must be accomi» panied by a deposit of ten shillings, which sum shall be forfeited if the protest be not >- upheld hy the Committee, whose decision II shall be final.
