The Hawaiin commission, beaded by ThurstoD, has reached Washington, and bad a satisfactory interview with Secretary - Foster. Particulars are kept seoret, but it is understood Foster is officially sustain* ing the action of tbe American minister! Sevens, who ordered the sailors ashore from the war ship Boston at Honolulu, and that he sent orders to continue to recognise tbe provisional government. He hopes a change in tbe administration will tighten the ties, and that the common interest of the islands will necessarily link them to the United States. The seoretary advises tbe minister to keep in constant touch with the United States admiral.
