(PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION.) BLENHEIM, January 30. Mr Edmund Paul, a settler of long Standing here and brother of Mr J. Paul, the well-known raceborse owner of Wanganui, died yesterday. He was in bis usual health the previous day, but was seized with a paralytio stroke, which resulted in hie death.
