An Extraordinary Decision.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) "WELLINGTON, January 28. Lieut-Colonel Boberte, the B.M. afe Maeterton, has given a decision which has caused some excitement among' ternperance advocates. The licensee, of the Star Hotel was charged with having kepi hie house open on Sunday for the sate of liquor.
