NEW YOBK, January 28. News from Hawaii states that the Queen is to be deposed and a.provisional government appointed to administer affairs pending negotiation, of terms of union with United States.
SAN FBANGISGO, January'29. The Queen of Hawaii was proposing to disfranchise foreigners and plies 1 the government in the hands of native* Tht ministers resigned on 16th, and Ju3gT Donle was appointed temporary premier! Honolulu is in the hands of foragnen, The troops remained and the Qneen was deposed without loes of life. She has gone into the ooontry. Three hnndred sailors from American warships have been landed as a precautionary measure. All the Great Powers.) with tee exception of England, have recognised* the new administration. A commission! headed by Thnrston, has proceeded to Washington with a petition praying for annexation to the United States.
