ROYAL ARCH CHAPTER.

DDNEDIN, January 27. The first convocation of the Supreme Lodge Boyal Arch Chapter of New Zealand was held yesterday, visitors from tbe north being present. The report showed there were now twelve Chapter and one Mark Lodge under the jurisdiction of the Grand Chapter ; and another Chapter was granted during tbe proceedings. Officers were elected as follows :— First Grand Principal, M. E. Companion, E. T, Gillon, Wellington ; Second M. E. Comp. H. Thomson, Cbristcburch ; Third M. E. Comp., Soandritt, InvercargiU; Tress., Comp. Greig; Grand Scribe, E. Comp. Williams ; Grand Scribe, N. Comp. Feldwiok, Inveroargill ; Chancellor, Oomp. Elliot, Wellington; First Sojourner, Comp. Eidd, Auckland; second do, Comp. Robinson, New Plymouth; third do, Comp. Wundram, Napier; Swordbearer, Comp. Bonaldson, Dunedin ; Superintendent of Works, Comp. Brown, Oamaru ; Standard • bearer, Oomp. MoEelyey, Danedin ; Janitor, Comp Master Wellington.
