Telegraph office closes at 5 p.m. RULES AND KEGULATIONS. 1. Tha winners of the Flying Handicap, Momahaki Stakes Handicap, and Waverley and Waitotcra Cap to carry a penalty of 71bs, not cumulative. 2. A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race, or is nominated for any race at time of start, or for six months previous thereto (Hack and Hunter races excepted). 3. No nomination will bo received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cosh. 4. In all nominations description, age, pedigree, <tc, must be given. 5. All horses must be ridden in distinguishing colours, which must be given at time of entry. 6. All races to be run under the WangaDvi Metropolitan Bulen of Racing, 7. No entry will be received for any race except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising: out of the racing shall he settled by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final.
