In all cases when penalties have to be carried for winning, it shall be the duty of the owner, trainer or jockey, to notify tho same to tbe Secretary ou tbe night of Taeaday, the 17th January, before nine o'clock, at Wilson's Stratford Hotel. Nominations for Nos. 1, 3, and 5, (with neneseary amounts) to be in the hands of the Secretary by 10 p.m. on Thursday, the 15tn December at Wilson's Stratford Hotel.
