RULES AND REGULATIONS Definition of a Hack.- A hack is a horse that has not won an advertised race (Haok and Hunter Races excepted), and is not at the -time of start, and has not been during the six calendarmontba previous to the time of starting, nominated for any race (Hack and Hunter Raceß exoepted).
