French Political Crisis.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) PARIS, November 30. M. Goblet is mentioned as likely to be Minister for Foreign Affairs in the new Cabinet, and M. de Freycinet Minister for War. The report that President Carnot bad invited M. Brisson, chairman of the Panama Canal Enquiry Committee, to succeed M. Loubet as Premier is correct, and M. Brieson has undertaken the task of forming die new Ministry. He desires tbat the Cabinet shall include M. de Freycinet, Minister for War, and M. Ribot, Minister for Foreign Affairs in the late Administration.
