Two arms which have been out off below the elbow have been found in one of the publio Parks wrapped in newspapers. They evidently belong to the same body from which tbe legs recently found were removed. They present the appearanoe of having been unscientifically hacked off and are considerably wounded, giving tbe impression that a weapon of some kind had been foroibly torn from them. The state of the hands show signs that the viotim belonged to the laboring class. The police are still without a clue.
