The above takes plaoe this evening, when a rare treat may be anticipated. Thronghont Australasia Signor Foli bas been styled as one of England's greatest singers, and his marvellous voice is quite a revelation. He will be supported by Miss Bertha Rossow, always a favorite, Madame Cole (oontralto), and Mr. T. Leslie Middle. on (tenor). Miss Emilia Wood, wbo wr 3 with Madatre Patey, will be tbe accompaniste. Supported by such a talented concert combination, tbere can be no do-ibt tbat S.^nor FoM's appearance will be an eveit j be for some time. He is ;n splendid voice. Since Miss Bertba Eosaow's last appearance in New Zealand she is said to nave made considerable progress in the profession sbe bas adopted. Begarding Madame Cole's contralto voice, the critics in Australia are agreed tbat it is very fine. Mr. T. Leslie Middleton has been spoken of as one of tbe best tenors produced in the colonies. Miss Wood is an accomplished acoompaniste.
