SYDNEY, January 22.
A syndicate have purchased a claim at Mount Dockrill at a high figure, and they are in treaty for another olaim. £50,000 has been offered for a third of a claim atMount Dockrill, conditionally on the test of the stuff proving favorable. Men are Bcarce, and in consequence wages are at high rates. Fresh discoveries are being made daily, and the result of tbe crushings are anxiously awaited.
