Serious differences are reported to have arisen between the Premier and Mr* Sutherland, Minister of Pnblie Works, regarding the construction of locomotives by the Government, the Premier being in favor of the work being done outside tbe Government workshops.
BRISBANE, November 4.
There was an all night Bitting of the Assembly last night, owing to the stone* walling tacfics of the Opposition.
