MR. KELLY AT STRATFORD. (FKOM A CORRESPONDENT.)

Mr. T. Kelly addressed the electors in the Stratford Town Hall on Tuesday evening, Mr. T. G. Leech being in the chair. About 50 persons were present, but mterrvrpi'ioDs were frequent towards tbe latter part of tbe meeting. A vote of confidence was proposed by Mr. O'Donovan, and seconded by Mr. Irvine, but the confusion was so great that for a long time the chairman was unable to decide whether the "confidence" or "thanks only " had the majority. The procedings ended with three cheers for Mr. Marcbant.
