Cftttle. — The supply of dairy and fat stock has been plentiful. At the Junction yards on Thursday, the dairy and butchers' penß were well filled ; and for dairy cows, at their profit, there was brisk enquiry: butchers' cattle were steadily competed for, but there was no advance in price except for venl. There was an improved demand, and consequently prices advanced considerably. Wethers sold at from 17a to 25s each; mixed sexes, insufficiently fatted, from 14b Cd to 16s 9d ; stores, 9s to 12s. Pigs.— iA good number were yarded, and prices slightly firmer, though ruling iv favor of purchasers.
