ADDRESS BY SWISS CONSUL Dr. Theiler, Consul for Switzerland, spoke to members of the Hutt Rotary Club last week on the question of his country’s iixed policy of armed neutrality. Dr. Theiler pointed out that his countrymen were determined to resist with all the strength at their command any attempt by a foreign power to interfere witli their internal economy. Although Switzerland was only one-seventh the size of Zealand tour distinct languages were spoken and all were official. The Swiss language was not popular owing to its great difficulty.
