HUTT REPERTORY THEATRE
FIRST SOCIAL EVENING The first social evening of the Hutt Repertory Theatre will be held next Wednesday night, when three one-act plays will be presented, followed by supper and dancing. The plays are “The Murder Scream,’’ produced by Bligh Pickering; “The Harum,’’ produced by G. A. Blundell; and “The Valiant,” produced by James M. Carlson. It is intended that these social evenings shall in future be a regular feature of the Society’s activities, as it is felt that functions of this nature give a stimulus to the work and influence of a repertory theatre. They have : proved very successful 'and enjoyable in other centres.
