INVEST IT WISELY THIS YEAR Polling day, 1946, will be a test of the intelligence and wisdom of New Zealahcle'rs, and the outcome will decide whether the country is to be committed to a programme of State acquisition of private property—call it "gradual disinheritance" —or to a system ■' or government which will retain and improve upon the democratic ideal, guaranteeing the security of those individual rights which have been considered inviolable for, so long.
