RETURNED SERVICES
HUTT VALLEY ASSOCIATION (By F. M. R.) The club rooms which were recently opened are proving most popular. There are, however, many members who have not visited the club, and we are looking forward to them paying a visit. Members are requested to make any suggestions in writing and these will, where practical, be put into operation. POPPY DAY Poppy Day will be held next month. Owing to Easter tailing on the same week-end as that usually known as Poppy Day, it will be necessary to hold Poppy Day on a day to be arranged instead of the 19th which is Good Friday. As the population of the Valley has increased considerably since last year's' Poppy Day it will, of necessity, require a much larger body of collectors than has been the case in the past, and we are making an early appeal for those who are willing to assist, to send in their names to the Secretary as soon as possible.. All you have to do is ring the secretary or drop a line to say that you will be available. —
