RAID BY VANDALS
LAUNCHES BADLY DAMAGED ONE HOLED AND SUNK A raid by vandals on the pleasure craft moored near the mouth of the Hutt River on Friday last, resulted in damage running into several hundred pounds and one craft was sunk by means of a hole bored in the hull. Radio sets, fittings, and windows on the - various craft were the subject of an orgy of senseless destruction..
The police are investigating the depredations and anyone who can give any information that will assist them in their enquiries are requested to communicate with their nearest police station.
